Toy Story ~ LESSology Challenge #31

Hi Everyone!

It's my turn today to reveal my upcycling project over at LESSology!...

Yup... time really flies... this is LESSology last project for 2013!!!

The challenge for November is to use TOY!!!  This is pretty easy for someone who has a 9yrs old BOY!!! Matin actually helped me to choose which of his toys to use for this project!!!

And on a sad note.... this is also my last project with LESSology... Tough decision but I had to temporarily step down as next year I will be expecting a baby girl most likely end of January.... or early February... Yvonne is so understanding that she told me I am always welcome to make a comeback at any time!!! She's the sweetest! ... {Big Hugs Yvonne!!}

These are the upcycled items- 1)For the based of my layout I used a cardboard 

2)For the toy I used Matin's mini Frisbee

3)And I also found some colourful feathers from Matin's art&craft work!

LESSology Challenge #30 - Kitchen Raid

Hello Everyone!..

 

Today it's my turn to share my project for LESSology Challenge #30 - Kitchen Raid..

This is another FUN challenge!... There are so many up-cycled items in the kitchen that I can create for this Challenge!!! [Go get ready and RAID your kitchen!!] {LOL}

But you know sometimes, I'm just being lazy...so I decided to go easy !!! Guess what I saw my cutting board!....So what else ... it's perfect to transform the cutting board into a wall hanging...!!!

LESSology Challenge #29: Birthday Party

I hope you all still remember ME.....
Today it's pretty much a special day...And I'm so excited!!!! Yeah baby...
It's LESSology's 2nd birthday!!!! Congratulations Yvonne!!! I'm so proud of you...
We made it to our 2nd year!!!! Woohoo...

Okay ....so here is what I'm sharing for LESSology challenge #29: Birthday Party......

I did this birthday set for my momma B-day... and she loves it!!!!...

I love this transparent plastic box.... it was a box of cotton buds...
thank goodness I kept it....!!! 

And now I can upcycled and make good use of it!...

I transformed the box into a gift box...

which I put in my 3x3" mini accordion album ...

And I made a 4x4"card for her as well...

Tadaaa...Here is the birthday set I made for Momma....

My mom just loved it!!! She said it's too precious!!!

Cover Girl......@ LESSology Challenge #24

WOW... its already April eh!!!..where did the time go eh....
And today it's my turn over @LESSology Challenge #24: Are you a Cover girl [or boy]? Fun isn't it...For this month we want to see you get creative with covers!!! Easy???... OH yes!!!... 

It could be the cover of a box, the cover of a jar, the cover of a book...

Remember, you can create anything you want as long as you include at least one  

upcycled item on your project.

And for me... I had to steal Matin's tin!!! He's so sweet...Mommy you can have it!!! So I decided to altered the cover of this tin into a mini album...I'm going to fill this tin with our USA trip photos!!!...How exciting!!!

WOW... how time has flies.... Christmas is almost here eh.... Okay.... lets worry about that later...

Honestly speaking this idea came so spontaneously...within seconds when I saw my Maya Road Bingo chipboard packaging, immediately I know what I need to do....This project is totally CAS...easy...And the best part is it can be found in your stash or even on your crafty desk.... !!!

LESSology Challenge #19 ~Mirror Mirror on the Wall

Okay... I'm feeling a little better....Thanks for all the well wishes....{xoxo}

Even though... I've been sick...I still do my daily exercise...[pat on my back!]

I love the feeling after my 32 minutes of non-stop elliptical trainer...

Feels so good...I feel like I'm free from all problems...one way of keeping my sanity!...

My Wednesday rambling ...

Today.. it's my turn to share... my LESSology #19 Mirror Mirror on the wall Project!!!...

I decided to go simple this time... One of my mate is expecting... that is how I got the idea!!!
For the upcycle I used Prima Marketing packaging..turned it to a TAG...

using my new PTI Tag die-cut...

Tadaa... I made a card...

I'm enjoying the pastel colors I used here...

a little different than my usual...bright & vibrant colors!!!
I loaded it up with MME Nostalgia Collection and my all-time fave Lawn Fawn stamps...

So can you spot my little cute mirror...

I ripped this off from one of my old hair-band!..can you spy a little dented??

Well I can't wait to see what everyone will creates....

Random Memories... LESSology Challenge # 17 Fun with Envelopes...

I really want to cry!!!...

I really wish... I could shout and scream... I really wish I could RUN...

But I know for a fact it wouldn't help...

My issue is really getting OLD...I am so sick of it....

Wish I could make it disappear.... I pray I have the strength...I pray to be the bigger the person...

Anyway... enough of issues... 

today....I am sharing what I did for LESSology Challenge #17 ~ Fun with Envelopes...

I had so much fun creating this month's challenge...Way too much fun... !!!... I decided to upcycle my received envelopes..To begin...gently ...I slit one end of the envelope using my penknife ...and the other end I snipe it off to make it to 9"

 Here are the measurements

 To cover the white-ness I did lots of distressing on the edges...

 I  used Basic Grey Curio Collection to create my mini album ~ Random memories...How fun this is... using received envelopes.....[YAY]
