Cover Girl......@ LESSology Challenge #24

WOW... its already April eh!!!..where did the time go eh....
And today it's my turn over @LESSology Challenge #24: Are you a Cover girl [or boy]? Fun isn't it...For this month we want to see you get creative with covers!!! Easy???... OH yes!!!... 

It could be the cover of a box, the cover of a jar, the cover of a book...

Remember, you can create anything you want as long as you include at least one  

upcycled item on your project.

And for me... I had to steal Matin's tin!!! He's so sweet...Mommy you can have it!!! So I decided to altered the cover of this tin into a mini album...I'm going to fill this tin with our USA trip photos!!!...How exciting!!!

Random Memories... LESSology Challenge # 17 Fun with Envelopes...

I really want to cry!!!...

I really wish... I could shout and scream... I really wish I could RUN...

But I know for a fact it wouldn't help...

My issue is really getting OLD...I am so sick of it....

Wish I could make it disappear.... I pray I have the strength...I pray to be the bigger the person...

Anyway... enough of issues... 

today....I am sharing what I did for LESSology Challenge #17 ~ Fun with Envelopes...

I had so much fun creating this month's challenge...Way too much fun... !!!... I decided to upcycle my received envelopes..To begin...gently ...I slit one end of the envelope using my penknife ...and the other end I snipe it off to make it to 9"

 Here are the measurements

 To cover the white-ness I did lots of distressing on the edges...

 I  used Basic Grey Curio Collection to create my mini album ~ Random memories...How fun this is... using received envelopes.....[YAY]

LESSology Challenge #16 ~ Bubble girl...Alysha

Happy 4th of July to all my crafty friends in America


It's me turn... to share what I did for LESSology Challenge#16 ~ Bubble boy/girl...

I decided to create a photo frame for DH little niece..~ She's the cutest!!!

For upcycled I used the 6x6 paper pad cardboard...
and I wrapped the bubble wrap using Mod Podge to create the background

From another angle...to show more of the bubble... simplest and cheapest way to create and enhance your background for a photo frame project...

I can't wait to see what Everyone will CREATES...

End of Q2... Extremely busy at work... When I'm home all I want to do is NOTHING... of course its impossible...when I have a young child ... I did not get any crafty done .... I was hoping ...I could finished my DT assignment the soonest!!![fingers crossed]...

I've been meaning to do bookends for my girly trashy corner{SPOOKY!!!...Telepathy, I dare say!!}.... Okay...let's confess...that's my "dark-side" I love reading trashy novels...before I go to bed...

I know I know!!![beetroot red!]..Oh well...everyone has their own "vice" eh!!!...[[he he he]]

This is how I altered my bookends...

Oh well...Not just a paper hoarder but I'm officially a "recycle hoarder" too!!!

oh yeah...I bought these bookends from a $2 shop..{bargain perfect for crafty}

Precious Sunday....

Playing along with LESSology Challenge #8 ~ Frame of Life.....

I did this simple and really quick!!... handmade frame of life...Upcycled/Recycled - using the cardboard from 8x8 OA[as the based] and the corrugated cardboard as the sides of the frame....items used are Crate Pepermint 6x6 PaperPad ..add-ons AC Thickers and chipboards....walla!!! It's really easy and quick!...

 And this is where I hang it.... @ Matin's corner...

In the Meadow we can build a snowman....

I literally dragged myself to work today...only because year end closing... and I'm going for a month break... starting 23rd December.... But I am still in great pain!!!...  I so wanted to create... but just... with lots of ouch OOo... Ahhh...even sneezing and laughing is painful!!!... And I'm so the giggler... so can you imagine....
