2 weeks ago.... I was 18 weeks!

I had a great time shopping alone...and catching up with my bestie!!! Feel so good!

 

And I am so blessed and happy to say that... I am half way through my pregnancy now!!!

20 WEEKS - today! Woohoo...

 I just can't... to me these two are the BEST techniques!!!

I'm the happiest today... as  Matin is back from his 3 days camping at Phillip Island...!!

Oh !!!how much I miss my baby!!!

Since I've been working from home and Matin wasn't home either - I took the chance to get crafty!...[[naughty!]]

Hello....Almost to hump day eh...

1st of March... I'm flying off to KL again ...and this time its a short and tight vacay... - I have a wedding to attend... I'm pretty excited about that....

I'll be away from bloggerland from 1st March till 11th March inclusive...[I will try to visit you ladies ..if time permit...and if I don't ..trust me I'm not that happy!!!]

interesting 37th birthday -  as I'll be on the plane flying home!!!

Especially made for Sebastian... You are a star!!!

Yesterday before bed... as usual... my time to visit my lovely blogger mates...When I read about this little boy Sebastian on my friend The Sweetest - Amy Tsuruta's blog, I cried... it was hard for me to sleep after... tossing and turning...In my thought - whatever problems I am facing right now... its too trivial compares to what Sweet boy Sebastian has to face each day!!!...

Please STOP for a moment and read ......

Sebastian suffers from Arthrogryposis - he has stiff joints and abnormally developed muscles which makes even picking up a pencil a challenge. Yet he is happy despite the daily challenges he faces. His mother worries that he will soon notice the finger pointing and the judgement from strangers. That is one cruel and painful reality.

On February 15th, Sebastian will go into the hospital for another surgery. His sweet teacher is organizing a card drive for this boy to cheer him on. In her words, "Maybe, just maybe, when the day arrives that he notices the finger pointing and hears the name calling instead of being sad he'll remember the day that people from everywhere filled his hospital room with love."

So many things to share....

Matin turned 7 last Friday 5 August....and for the 1st time I baked these little cuppycake for him to bring to his class...sharing with his mates... Past 3 years...I've been buying them... but since I'm a little better now[[progression..one of my hidden resolution!! LOL]]...Instead I decide to bake myself ...GUESS what...turned out so well...I received tons of compliments from his teachers & school assistants, his mates mum...Mr. Hubby ....Mr Hubby's mates...**turned all red**... not good receiving compliments...

I did a party pack for his mates too... YEP they are all spoilt...I supposed its Friday... let loose ... they do deserved it....don't they

I'm flatchat!!!... Past days have been busy.... now I can breathe a little... without taking any further delay... jump on my seat... did a layout for Yvonne Guest Blogger Helen Tilbury... She's very talented ...Her projects are simply amazing and beautiful... to see more of her...pop on to Yvonne....HERE....if you'd know me... shabby isn't me... I just can't...its pretty much challenging!!...But I'd still give it a go....because Helen's challenge is Go Modern with Shabby...YAY...and here we go...

The challenge do has some criteria...which I did Abide(LOL)...giggling..
1)     Use at least 3 different colours of mists - checked - I used more than 3...
2)     Use chipboard that you have first used as a mask for your mists - checked - I used Maya Road Alphas
3)     Use up some of your old rub-ons - checked - kaisercraft...
4)     Add an eclectic assortment of other elements to give your creation a MODERN SHABBY STYLE – mostly I used punches.... crate chipboards...

 I think that sort of Modern shabby...Don't you think the same??? ...he he...NO??..

Today it's a special day for me... I'm truly honored that Yvonne invited me to be her Guest Blogger... ... so I hope that you've had a chance to pop over to Yvonne's blog...

I've a challenge for you today and there is a PRIZE peeps...NOT one but TWO...everyone loves a prize...especially when you have 2 to be won!!!

As most of you would have known Yvonne... One of her best traits is ~ LESS is MORE... So my challenge for you today is to create a card, layout or any other form of altered art with a twist of Less is more and keep it minimal.... Easy peazy isn't it...

I had soo much fun creating this layout...I used a AC Weave Cardstock as the background, painted using a recycled plastic lid to created the background with some colors...then I used the abandon NUMBERS ..to create a 3D effect...fussing cutting...add some leftovers adhesive chipboards... and walla!!! I'm done.... Totally LESS is definitely MORE...

Despite being busy on a Monday... when I reached home... and when I saw those 5 "loots"of my "impulsive thought"...I can't help it... but decided to create..even just for 30 minutes...*heads up - Monday is my off day from my scrap table!!... because... I used cuttlebug to emboss that PP from websters pages(stash)... then I distressed it using TH inks...And wreck my photo by sanding it ....
