In the Meadow we can build a snowman....

I literally dragged myself to work today...only because year end closing... and I'm going for a month break... starting 23rd December.... But I am still in great pain!!!...  I so wanted to create... but just... with lots of ouch OOo... Ahhh...even sneezing and laughing is painful!!!... And I'm so the giggler... so can you imagine....

Anyway... it's time for December Challenge over at ARTastic Blog challenge....

Gorgeous Spring

Before I start...I wanna share one happy news!!! YAY for me!!!... I was featured as the few favorites for Sketch #179 over at Creative Scrappers... I'm the happiest!!!! {LOL}

It's time for November Challenge over at ARTastic Blog Challenge....

This is the inspirational painting - Bacchus by Caravagio -  for November...

Seriously, it wasn't an easy one for me... especially with the Diva Demand bonus points.. So I decided to use embellishment to include those points on my layout!!!...

Our little Miracle

Hello to all my dearest friends, hope you all had a great weekend... It was such a beautiful Sunday yesterday.... perfect for us to enjoy the weather before starting to fast ...So I don't think I would have much spare time to get crafty for this Ramadhan...but would try my very best....  :)..

Alrighty..this is my layout for ARTastic Challenge Blog for the month of August...And this month
Becci Sunberg from Lime Tree Creations gave us some gorgeous products to work with... Using 95% from kit ... Attached is how I was inspired both from the kit and the inspirational photo for August...Plus the Criteria for August which are 1st~ Ribbon - I used Blue[AC] and attached the pre-stamped tag that I received from lime tree Creations... 2nd criteria - a child playing - Well of course a picture of my son Matin -  3rd criteria was to put paint on your background..this is almost easy as its so ME [ATM].....Matin didn't like this layout because he thinks its too GIRLY for him!!!...He said MOMMMMMMMMMM!!!...

I hope my layout...do inspired you ladies to participate and play along with ME over at ARTastic for the month of August... And please don't forget to quote me ...if this is your 1st time playing along there... You have 4 weeks to play along...plenty of time... which is great to prepare....

On Sunday....

How's weekend ladies???? .... Me had a great one!!!!.... Yesterday was MY DAY...I spent 3 hours... in-the-kitchen ~ Hands-on Tute by my SIL, Razana... She's TopsTurvymum!!.... She taught me 3 types of yummy goodies... Marble cake, J-Lo & Japanese Bun...woohoo!!!.... It was a HUGE SUCCESS !!!(THANK YOU SO MUCH SISTA!!!)

 Mind you... I'm not a kitchen perse....to start with!!!... But...I'm getting there... hopefully!!!...What a shame...I only had 2 photos to share!!! (too excited!!..too yummy...!!)...And not really a good one though...but HECK.... !!!

Okay... back to the reason of my posting.... this is my ARTastic DT layout for July, using the gorgeous inspiration picture below as inspiration, the criteria ~ 1. use a photo of yourself 2. Shades of red or maroon and 3. Have a hat or glove on the page....

I tried to stay as close as the inspiring photo on my layout... I think I did!!!..You can see I used the lady conductor on the photo as the hat criteria....

ARTastic ~ Gals Day Out...

YAY its Friday Already!!!

ONe of the good news that I wanna share is... I am the new DT over at ARTastic Blog Challenge...Wooohoo!!!... Mel O'Neil(thanks bestie) recommended me to try my luck for the DT call over at ARTastic Challenge blog!!! And I am truly honoured to be able to work with the rest of the team, Very talented ladies... (Thank you so much Shazza!!!) ... For most what I really like about ARTastic is ...I'm able to challenge myself working on a LO based on the painting...of course with couples of add-ons criteria. Which allow me to think more outta box!!!???

For June Challenge ...this is the painting to get inspiration from (awesome isn't it)...its a gorgeous painting called 'argenteuil' by Edouard Manet

 

So here I'm sharing my 1st LO...!!! YAY !!! And I really like this LO so much!!! SO FLUKE!!! Ideas just pop naturally!!!...
For extra points you also need to include for
1. Two people in the photo = ONE Point
2. Use striped paper= TWO Points
3.Include a boat somewhere...= THREE Points

Seriously the pastel blue and boat...were pretty much a challenge for me... I had to go online and bought these beautiful PP from Websters Pages... And as most of you’d know... WP..is not easy for me to work on... But I pretty much nailed it I THINK (clearing throat!!!)...I did lotsa fussy cutting as WP PP is pretty as it is…some distressing with TH walnut distressing ink…Add on banner.. for the striped paper… and see my “boat” on the left…!!! YAY I really like this!!! HAHA

Tuesday.... slightly better!!! HAH... Heavy autumn rain swamps Melbourne....hmmmm... oh well ... enough about the weather... I really adore this layout...HAH!!! very minimal... very easy... very simple...very quick...but mostly I VERY LIKE IT... LOL... too much V-E-R-Y!!!

This layout was inspired by Sketchy Thursday 5.19  and I thought since this layout has a picture of me and my gem Matin... I decided to just for fun stick this for May Inspiration over at ARTastic Challenge Blog....
