Lily Bee - Sketch Challenge #5

Hello...
I'm feeling much better today... and YES ..I did 45 minutes non-stop ...{pat on my back!}..I break my comfort zone of 30 minutes non-stop!!!! I did it!!! Trust me... personally its a huge achievement!!!
{Just in case, any of you'd wonder - I have an elliptical machine @ my verandah}

The usual... - Don't forget to join me and the rest over at Scrapbookers Anonymous...
For February Challenges...- Use at 3 hearts and some stitches on your layout, card, mixed media, altered art...etc.. And the A-Z - G Challenge ... So POP over...

    WELL DONE on 45mins. I just started back at the gym this week and went slow. Did 30 mins on the treadmill and I thought I was literally going to die LOL! 45 on the elliptical is INCREDIBLE! Good on you. As for the layout its so lovely. LOVE the circles :) Take care!

    Well I am going to say congrats on 45 mins a treadmill I can do a 5km road run that thankfully only take me 38 mins but at least I have some views. I battle to get 15mins done on a treadmill. Well onto your layout, love the colours you used for this and how you incorporated the painted circles along with the paper ones, lovely cute banners to.
