Show Us Your Stuff ~ Challenge January #1

I've no chance ... to do my routine rounds...to visit my favorite blogmates ...Promise...will do it ...tomorrow...whilst I'm in the office.... As I mentioned ... couple of days ago... weekends...chalkablock!!...hugs ladies....

It's been awhile since I last swim...finally I did it yesterday... guess what???... I had cramps...on my arse!!!!..I've to stop 2 or more times...JUst to swim a lap... ggrrrr...and I used to be champ during my primary and secondary schools!!!....And now....ppppffff....!!! Must start to swim more!!!.... I guess AGE too...LOL...

I discovered another challenge blog showusyourstuff... eeiiii.... I love the sketch... so here is my take...for Challenge January#1....  I used mostly my PP stash!!....
Part of the criteria  ~ To include handmade item.... But of course I'd stick-up my alltimefavorite Bon Bon Ribbon Flower...(LOL!!)

ouch.. that must be painful, i havent swim for ages too :p I need to get some exercise going... after all teh festive food..

Funny story about your swimming...I learned to swim as an adult...wish i could swim in the morning for exercise...rather blurf.

You always create FUN layout!! Aww, sorry to hear about the cramp. Maybe you should warm up first before dip in. But it's a good exercise :)

and the cramp...yes, I swim for a lot of years every morning and evening..and warm up is the best thing to do..
