Whilst seeping my hot cocoa... I'm sharing a layout I did for Screen 2 Scrap June Inspiration Up Movie Poster... I did this halfway with Mazlina(Scrapperocks)...we had so much fun...and we are planning to crop together more often... that's a YAY!!!

Okay back to the challenge...for an extra 6 bonus points... I have to include...the following:

1) Use clouds = 1 pt - Background PP

2) Use Balloons or a Hot Air Balloon= 2 pts - AC remarks Stickers
3) Use or make a 3D embellishment (raised from the page) = 3 pts - AC 3D Stickers...Fussy Cutting using foam stickers to create 3D effect, banner using foam stickers to create 3D effect

ARTastic ~ Gals Day Out...

YAY its Friday Already!!!

ONe of the good news that I wanna share is... I am the new DT over at ARTastic Blog Challenge...Wooohoo!!!... Mel O'Neil(thanks bestie) recommended me to try my luck for the DT call over at ARTastic Challenge blog!!! And I am truly honoured to be able to work with the rest of the team, Very talented ladies... (Thank you so much Shazza!!!) ... For most what I really like about ARTastic is ...I'm able to challenge myself working on a LO based on the painting...of course with couples of add-ons criteria. Which allow me to think more outta box!!!???

For June Challenge ...this is the painting to get inspiration from (awesome isn't it)...its a gorgeous painting called 'argenteuil' by Edouard Manet

 

So here I'm sharing my 1st LO...!!! YAY !!! And I really like this LO so much!!! SO FLUKE!!! Ideas just pop naturally!!!...
For extra points you also need to include for
1. Two people in the photo = ONE Point
2. Use striped paper= TWO Points
3.Include a boat somewhere...= THREE Points

Seriously the pastel blue and boat...were pretty much a challenge for me... I had to go online and bought these beautiful PP from Websters Pages... And as most of you’d know... WP..is not easy for me to work on... But I pretty much nailed it I THINK (clearing throat!!!)...I did lotsa fussy cutting as WP PP is pretty as it is…some distressing with TH walnut distressing ink…Add on banner.. for the striped paper… and see my “boat” on the left…!!! YAY I really like this!!! HAHA

Scrapbookers Anonymous ~ ... Hey I'm not ready Yet....

Hello... Today is such a beautiful day for WINTER... !! How I wish it will remain like this throughout the whole WINTER!!!...HAH dream on!!!

Anyhoo...it's June and we are having such a fun challenge over at Scrapbookers Anonymous this month!! The challenge is to use your neglected mini decks or 6x6 pads out!!! Like me ...I'm sure most of you would have kept them neatly at your corner!!! So now its time to bring them out and to use at least 3 sheets from one of your much neglected mini decks or 6x6 pads...So join in the FUN and play along with US over at Scrapbookers Anonymous June Challenge!!!...

Here is my layout ... I decided to use my faves BG Junebug 6x6 ... what I did ...layered(2 sheets behind the photos, distressed(the edges) and some fussy cutting(blooms and shapes).. Add on burlap...And walla I like the outcome!!!... OH my... it was fun!!!....You have like 28 days ...plenty of time eh... and that's a BONUS for busy moms like US... he he he...

All items used are from my stast Basic Grey June Bug 6x6 Pad ...Some fussy cutting ..and others like Websters Pages Lace, AC Foam Thickers, Studio Calico (home fussy cutting), Elle Studio Circle Journal tag...and the circle wasn't from paint but I used ice cream cup and stamp using black Tsukineko Ink..

Hello Ladies.... YAY.... it's Tuesday already....I can't wait for June....

What really helps is ~ Matin is really good today... by 8.30pm..he's done with reading, spelling, matheletics and no complaint dinner!!! I think hes bigger now...so naturally less tantrum ...and more discipline....Love you Matin...!!!
